Gables Waterway
The new Gables Waterway is planned as a mixed-use development of 89,000 square feet of Class A offices, up to 95 luxury residential condominiums, limited boat slips for residents and neighborhood access through the property and to the Mahi Canal. The site of just under five acres at the intersection of S. Alhambra and S. Dixie Highway in Coral Gables fronts Dixie Highway/US-1 and wraps around the Mahi Canal along S. Alhambra and Caballero.

The contemporary Mediterranean design by award-winning RE Chisholm Architects features a neighborhood-specific site plan that creates commercial and residential elements in harmony with their surroundings. Luxury condominiums provide a transition between the residential properties on Alhambra and Caballero and the commercial buildings along US-1. The unified design showcases covered pedestrian porticos, condominium residences with entrances oriented outward towards the neighborhood, all parking contained on-site and an elevated bridge across S. Alhambra that will serve as an entrance feature to the neighborhood.

Gables Waterway will meet or exceed all modern environmental codes, and we take great pride in being the first new construction in Coral Gables to register seeking “green” designation from the U.S. Green Building Council.
