Gables Waterway
The new Gables Waterway, located at the intersection of S. Alhambra and S. Dixie Highway in Coral Gables, is planned as an asset to the entire neighborhood. It will encompass an upscale mixed use community of Mediterranean design with up to 95 luxury condominiums, approximately 89,000 square feet of Class A commercial space, and pedestrian access through the property from Caballero Blvd. to S. Alhambra, featuring a public manatee viewing station at the head of the Mahi Canal.
